Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed the modern room, especially the cozy bed. The shuttle service struggled with timing, causing delays. The on-site restaurant served delicious tapas, perfect for a quick bite. Tip, confirm shuttle timings in advance to prevent stress!

The fitness center packs in decent enough equipment for a workout, but it's short on machines and has low ceilings, making it tough for taller folks. The rooms feature nice amenities like a flat-screen TV and the convenience of a mini-fridge. Generous windows for natural light.

The breakfast buffet needs a serious revamp, as many items were served cold each morning. The decor in the Elegance Room seemed a bit worn-out, with noticeable scuff marks. Additionally, the gym's limited range of weights and broken machines really puts a damper on what could've been a good workout.

Convenient metro access, spacious modern rooms, neat decor, and a great coffee machine added a special touch to our stay.

I had a great stay! The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant food was Michelin-level good. My room was spotless every day, just like in the photos. Definitely going back!

The new and beautifully designed hotel features an exceptionally comfortable bed and clean rooms. Breakfast, though served early, offers a generous selection of both savory and sweet options, providing a solid start to the day. However, a major inconvenience was the language barrier with the waitstaff, making communication difficult during meals. Additionally, the experience of not receiving a refund for a friend's cancellation overshadowed our overall satisfaction with the stay.

My stay was quite disappointing overall. The room had no privacy due to the open-plan bathroom, which was awkward. Additionally, the air conditioning was ineffective, making the room very uncomfortable. I also found the staff to be unhelpful when I reported issues.

One of the highlights was definitely the quality of the buffet breakfast — it was impressive compared to typical offerings.
